1 cup = 200 ml. | 1 tbsp. = 15 ml.
Ingredients
- 1 cup VegPro Soya Granules
- 1 Big Red onion finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. Ginger finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. Green chili finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. Red chili powder
- 1/2 tbsp. Haldi powder
- 1 tbsp. Jeera powder
- 1 tbsp. Coriander powder
- A handfull Coriander leaves finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- For Dough :
- 1 cup Wheat flour
- Water as required
- Just enough to knead the dough Oil/Ghee
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
Boil the vegpro granules as per the instruction on the packet. Rinse and squeeze out the water completely.
Heat 2 tbsp oil/ghee in a pan. Add in onion ginger green chili and sauté. Add in the soya granules and masala and Bruno well. Add salt to taste and garnish with coriander leaves. Keep mix aside to cool.
Make a dough with wheat flour water and salt. Knead a soft dough. Keep aside covered for 15-20 minutes.
Next, divide the dough into equal halves and shape it into small balls.
Take a dough ball and roll it into a circle. Add the soya filling and roll it into a paratha. Finish the remaining dough making similar parathas.
Cook the paratha on both sides on a hot Tawa with ghee or oil.
Serve hot with curd or raita on the side.
